My name is Cheryl Frankowski, I am the Care Coordinator/Social Worker at White Mountain Community Health. I am happy to write a testimonial regarding the Raising the Valley Coalition. I have been working
with this group of community partners throughout the building and implementation process of Raising
the Valley. I am both honored and humbled to be part of this amazing group of partners. The Health Center Hosted a Parent Listening Session back in 2019, I believe, where parents could discuss and participate in accessing needs. All participating parents expressed gratitude for the opportunity to be part of the process. Since implementation we have been able to connect with and assist families with
navigating their own needs allowing for inclusion and automy. Our community of partners continues to grow as well as the ability to meet family’s needs. A truly collaborative partnership with all involved and an asset to the community.
