Facilitating Organization RFP for FRCs Posted

The objective of this RFP is to:
• Ensure the FRCs become and maintain quality designation that align with the National Standards of Quality for family strengthening programs to increase confidence in families and program staff.
• Engage in system building and FRC development that utilizes evidence-informed standards for family strengthening, such as the Standards of Quality, Positive Solutions for Families and Strengthening Families Framework.
• Increase outreach through consistent marketing and messaging of the FRC services.
