Endowment for Health releases report finding on its Early Childhood Equity Movement

What began as a study to understand the root causes of inequities we know exist for families of color, became a movement to address the systemic barriers, which unjustly limit access to services that can help all families thrive.

In 2021 and 2022, The Endowment for Health, community members, and Child Trends worked together on the Early Childhood Equity Movement (ECEM). The goal of the ECEM is to improve access to services, like early care and education, healthcare, and other family services for diverse families in New Hampshire.

​In this video, Amina led a virtual group chat (also called focus group) with Arabic speaking families last year. Families shared both community strengths and challenges in accessing services.
